Hey there Cubies! We are celebrating our game, or rather games of the month for May. It was the Month Of The Fox and we played all of the Star Fox games. It was a lot to dive into. And a lot of variety in the execution of this franchise. But that'll happen when so many developers contribute to the franchise. We were lucky to get the announcement recently on the new Star Fox 64 remake, but it would be pretty great to get a new game instead. So, let's dive into Mays game!

Hey there Cubies! Well he did it! After almost 200 hours Chris has completed Crimson Desert and gives his final thoughts. Theres a lot to dive into there with this game having sooo much content for people to explore. Then we jump into a couple different titles for a quick fix kind of game. Out now is Black Jacket, a roguelike blackjack style game with a fun twist. Balatro really opened the flood gates for games like this. Then a little bit of Outbound, where Raft meets road tripping and camping.

Hey there Cubies! This week we start out with something wholesome. Chris is chatting about some daddy, daughter gaming as she gets more into video games. Playing through Yoshi games and Mario Odyssey. Then we dive into a couple other indie titles. Motorslice, a new action, adventure game with some vibes to Shadow Of The Colossus but with a chainsaw sword. Then diving into some Quartet. A great turn based rpg with a great combat system, fun story and gorgeous pixel graphics.

Hey there Cubies! This week we are diving into some real fun new games out there. Starting off with Annapurna's new title Mixtape. A title that also starts to blur the lines of what is a game. Part graphic novel, part movie, part game its a great way to tell a story. Then back on the monster catching kick with Monster Crown Sin Eater. A more adult version of Pokemon that focuses on fusion and breeding to get stronger. Then we close up with a new early release title with Alabaster Dawn. From the people that brought us Cross Code this game, while no where close to being done, is amazing so far.

Hey there Cubies! Another month down and another game to chat about as our game of the month. This one was a little trip down the forgotten lane. Not many have heard of this title, but those that have call it a hidden gem. A major pivot from what Lord Of The Rings games have been up to this point, but it is always fun to see designers experiment. Heavily influenced by Final Fantasy 10 this turn based game has a lot to offer, truly. Also, announcing May's game(s) of the month. It is the month of the Fox! All things Star Fox that is!

Hey there Cubies! This week we have some heavy hitters in the mix. Chris has had much more time with Crimson Desert and it has so much more to offer. Then some backlog tackling with Star Wars Fallen Order. Maul Shadow Lord is coming out now and Star Wars day is around the corner, so it only feels right to dive into this one. That ending! Wow! Then we close out with the ultimate dad game, Pragmata. Capcom is back with it's weird style and we are here for it! This game is a real joy to play and the characters are amazing.

Hey there Cubies! This week there is a bit to talk about. First we start with some Assassins Creed talk as Chris dives back into the franchise. Then it's time for some good old Pokemon Champions. The cross platform battler. There is a lot of potential here for a very addicting game for sure. Especially if you are a Pokemon fan. Then we caved and began exploring the expansive Crimson Desert. Hey there Cubies! This week we dive into our March Game Of The Month. In celebration of Resident Evil Requiem we decided to play one oof their dark horse titles, Resident Evil 6! This was made at the height of action games and they really followed the popularity train with this one. And because of that change many did not like this game. But who doesn't want to suplex a zombie! This game was a real surprise to both of us, we loved every action filled minute of it. And announcing our April game, we will be jumping into the world of Middle Earth with The Lord Of The Rings: The Third Age. Often called a Final Fantasy 10 clone we are very excited to play through this one.
