Talent is everywhere but resources are not always readily available. In this episode, we talk about how we can provide access to science and leverage talent on a global scale. What challenges do scientists face in different parts of the world when it comes to building strong programs where science can flourish? How does access to equipment or knowledge allow scientists to pursue their careers and discover scientific breakthroughs in impacting their local communities? We will discuss these questions and examine global initiatives that have already been put in place to combat the gaps in access to science.
