US Department of Justice returns stolen funds from FIFA.

FIFA is a non-profit organization that describes itself as an international governing body of association football, futsal, and beach football. It is the highest governing body of association football. 

The United States Department of Justice, also known as the Justice Department, is a federal executive department of the United States government tasked with the enforcement of federal law and administration of justice in the United States. It is equivalent to the justice or interior ministries of other countries.

The South American Football Confederation is the continental governing body of football in South America, and it is one of FIFA's six continental confederations. The oldest continental confederation in the world, its headquarters are located in Luque, Paraguay, near Asunción.

The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, is one of FIFA's six continental governing bodies for association football.
