I couldn't do an essentials collection without tackling the legend that is Madonna. She is the biggest selling female recording artist of all time & has set the direction & standard for pop music for the last 4 decades. I remember the first Madonna single released in Australia which was "Holiday" way back in 1982. From that time on she has constantly appeared in the charts with a series of number 1 albums & singles. This first edition of her music contains hits from her early career including "Borderline", "Papa Don't Preach", "Into The Groove" & "Crazy For You". It's difficult to find modern releases for these early tracks, so I've included a mixture of modern & original mixes. Enjoy
