There are many global events which has an impact on us. Impact is on  personal life as well as on business. On 4th Of October 2021, one such  event has happened. Facebook & its group companies' application went  down. This raised a concern worldwide. 

This broke a huge line of  communication.  Many businesses for suffered and many faced losses as well. This event  was well noted and analyzed by all corners. Facebook founder himself  apologized for this.  

This event gave some valuable lessons for all businesses. I have tried  to explain some of them here.
