Jocelyn is a self-taught fashion designer, dream chaser, chicagoan, wife, dog mom, get sh*t done kind of gal. She founded her clothing brand, Swap & Strut, after realizing she was in an unfulfilling finance career. After years of feeling stuck in her 9-5 job, she became fed-up with playing small and decided to quit her career and commit to pursuing her dreams of becoming a fashion designer.

Now, she is building her fashion brand, with a mission to make the world a better place for women. In 2022, she started the “Quit your Job and get Creative” podcast to empower women to pursue their dreams.
