I started on my career path during college by working as a marketing/social media-marketing intern for the Jordanian Tourism Board, a part of the Jordanian Embassy. I worked in that role for 3 years, eventually being hired as a full time associate. Following this role I worked as a marketing associate for the firm Globally, while I was studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. Here I was able to focus on media ROIs and client relationships. Having been exposed slightly more to development in this role I felt drawn to that aspect of work, which brought me to STEMconnector where I focused on client care and proposals. I am currently working at NACD as a Senior Board Development Associate within the Business Development team. This role has allowed me to broaden my understanding of public company boards, as well as act as a key member of the development team.
