today I explore the difficulties of transitioning into a new chapter of my life and the ways that I have tried to work to combat that. I have little words of wisdom but I tried to give you as much of them as I have. thank you for listening.

I know it can be pretty confusing to see people’s fashion sense and hauls and all types of things and feel as though you need to change what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. This pressure is very present. I don’t think the solution is to go out tomorrow and find an entire new wardrobe. I think there’s a different approach! Listen to find out!

This week I go into the pressures that social media might bring. To us all. It’s so easy to fall into it as most of us spend hours along! I hope this gives you some insight on what to do when you find yourself stuck in these feelings!

Today I released my stream of consciousness. I have lived in NYC my entire life and with that I have always struggled with taking pauses and knowing how to allow myself the time and space to breathe. As I enter the job market, I feel this especially. It becomes confusing to find people to talk to where I feel I can admit my confusion without them attempting to stray me into a different career path. Today’s episode is a little more rant like—but I think it’s important to remember to SLOW down! Take a pause! And encourage young people to explore! Thank you for taking the time to listen!
