The prayer that Jesus recited right before he ascended into heaven is cited in John 17:1-11. It is a prayer in which acknowledges that his mission is complete and that he has done all that God has asked of him. In that prayer, he states that all he was able to do was because of his connection to God. All that he has touched was God's and that God's message was left with all whom he had touched.

We have been touched, blessed by that prayer. As a result, we are charged with having all of our actions in life dedicated to glorifying God.
