Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs chicken wings drumettes and flats (make sure to pat these dry with a paper towel)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp baking powder (just trust the process)
• Salt and pepper to taste or whatever seasoning/rub you'd like for flavor

Directions:

1. Dry the wings with a paper towel - this is a very important step
2. In a large bowl toss the dried wings with the remaining ingredients 
3. Place in a single layer in the air fryer
4. Cook at 250 for 15 minutes, flip the wings and then cook for 15-20 minutes at 430.
