Welcome back to Glowing Anyway , Season 2.
In this episode, I’m opening up about where I’ve been and why I went quiet for a few months. From taking a mental health break, navigating financial stress, winter depression, and a long season of isolation, to finally getting honest about my purpose, direction, and what I truly want out of life.
I talk about choosing myself after short-lived talking stages, why staying single and focused has been one of the most magnetic decisions I’ve made, and how spreading myself too thin was keeping me stuck. Instead of watering a hundred different seeds, I chose one... me. My personal brand, Glowing Anyway, and my life as a content creator.
As a mom with ADHD, consistency hasn’t always come easily, but I’ve learned that consistency is a muscle, and this season, I’m training it. I share what I’ve learned about building aligned routines, being strategic instead of desperate, and creating systems that actually work for a Type-B brain.
This episode is a combination of lessons I've learned these last few months; resetting with intention, embracing your single season without hiding, getting serious about your goals, and learning how to glow anyway, even when life feels uncertain.
If you’re rebuilding, refocusing, or quietly leveling up, this one’s for you.
