I have begun reading George Lakoff with my audience ... I hope to better understand how my own brain works and how that impacts my life and the politics of our country.    George claims that cognitive science is saying 98% of our decision process is in the subconscious realm.   It claims this has a huge impact on our political world especially considering that most of us still believe that we humans are logical creatures.
