Now that we had close to 100 new reps joining each month.... a whole new set of challenges presented itself. The team had gotten too large for one leader to keep up with. As I became unable to support the workload, I needed to inspire others to step up and lead. The problem was... I had set them up for failure by not giving them the tools they needed.
