In today's episode of Brent Kasmer PT TV, Brent's going to show you the Top 7 Glute Activation Exercises to Wake Up Lazy Glutes! 

If you want to know how to switch on or strengthen your glutes, these exercises will do it! They are the best glute, gluteus medius or butt strengthening exercises to activate, strengthen and tone your buttocks muscles. 

These exercises will include bodyweight and isolation glute butt exercises you can do at home or at the gym. 

The exercises included are monster walks, band pull throughs, banded side steps, fire hydrants, bodyweight bridges, banded hip thrusts, frog glute raises, and kickbacks which all can be easily done at home. 

And barbell hip thrusts and possibly kettlebell swings would need to be done at the gym.
