At the West 2018 Sea Service conference, co-sponsored by AFCEA International and U.S. Naval Institute, many different contractors showed off their latest technology. We spoke with some of those who made the pilgrimage to San Diego to present their products and interact with customers, including representatives from Booz Allen Hamilton, Ocean Aero, CSRA, Samsung Federal, Extreme Networks, Lookout, Huntington Ingalls Industries and Deloitte Consulting.
Admiral Scott Swift, Commander of the U.S. Navy’s Pacific Fleet, spoke with Government Matter’s Francis Rose during last week’s West 2018 Sea Service conference in San Diego, Swift discussed improving the armada’s overall readiness and changing the fleet’s “checklist" culture.
