In the days leading up to the pandemic, this podcast was designed with two parts, with the overall theme being, "Your relationships are only as good as the work you put into yourself." The parts being:

1. A self reflective review of my life, goals and how I was achieving them.  Guests would chime in on their progress as well.

2. Discussions about meaningful relationships in your life, whether they be friendships, family, work related, or romantic. The idea being to speak on how these relationships are affecting your life.

Now, I'm probably going to talk about politics and stress management. We'll see...
