I get to come out here and hike in one
of my 50 pound pack today I'm all sore
and tired I think from the accumulative
days of working out five six times a week now definitely seeing some good
results well and you know no real
specific message today but remember to
go after your goals and your dreams
because why the hell not
it's the best thing you can do the best
thing don't settle
if you cry if you're in pain that's fine
and say okay lo I'm having this
experience but what do I want to do now
what I want to do next and some
shrinking and hiding in your shell keep
growing keep expanding keep risking
because you will live your life not half
