There is no point comparing what your life looks like to others. You can never know with certainty what another person’s experience of life is, regardless of what they manifest.

Happiness is a feeling that isn’t dependent on external circumstances. Instead of looking to the world to tell you what you must do to find happiness, look to your own experience.

When have you been the happiest in your life? Do you notice any themes and similarities between the happiest moments of your life? Instead of optimizing your life to get the most approval from others as possible, create a life that revolves around what brings you genuine joy.
