- Holly: Baby steps, do something today, even for a minute, also do something you are terrible at
- Brenda: Sit somewhere relaxing and write a new idea with your non-dominant hand
- Heather: Go for a color walk, notice what color you are drawn to first and take pictures; that color is offering you a message (DM @HeatherEckArtist on Instagram if you want her to tell you what that message means

- Heather: Go back to what you loved doing as a kid
