This week, Laurie Dean and substitute co-host Jeff Fox are joined by Doug Cowan who is the Co-Chair of the Citizens GO bond committee appointed by the City Council. The committee is tasked with making recommendations to the Council on how the GO bond should be presented to Independence voters in April 2025.
