This week: The world famous London International Ska Festival (the first of it's kind) launched in 1988. Over the years it has attracted the biggest names in JA inspired sounds including Prince Buster, The Skatalites with Tommy McCook, Roland Alphonso, Lester Sterling, Lloyd Knibb, Lloyd Brevitt and Dizzy Moore, U-Roy, Laurel Aitken, Derrick Morgan, and so many more. In 2020 a huge lineup returns for the 32nd anniversary festival featuring Freddie Notes, The Pioneers, Hollie Cook, Hempolics, Cartoon Violence, Dennis Alcapone, Susan Cadogan, & Christopher Ellis peforming a tribute show to his father Alton Ellis, and much more.
