Today, I had the pleasure in speaking with Sylvia Vallejo! She is a mom of a 6 year old daughter, a teacher, a runner, and a mental health advocate learning to break unhealthy habits learned from childhood. Sylvia started her healing journey in 2022 after a heartbreak and since then she has learned and grown so much. She tries to set the example for her daughter, family, and students.
