Today Jack and Mike are joined by Johnny DeVitto. Born and raised in Atkinson NH, he met his wife and business partner Brittany, while he was attending UNH. They moved 5 houses down from where he grew up on Big Island Pond. They still reside there today and it is the reason he fell in love with real estate. They own and self manage 25 residential units. Johnny left his W2 job in January to spend more time with his family and focus fully on real estate.
