Like the Israelites at the Red Sea, we must learn to think and live as free people rather than reverting to slave mentality when our past catches up with us. God's simple command remains the same: go forward. Even when it hurts, feels heavy, or we're afraid, we're called to press ahead just as Jesus did through His suffering. Our obedience to move forward determines not only our destiny but also the freedom of future generations, and the blood of Jesus creates a protective boundary between us and everything that once enslaved us.
