Do you like sitting in front of the TV in your PJ's and Slippers with a nice cup of tea? Well I know I do from time to time because I feel comfortable and cozy ready to relax and recharge. This is great but I wouldn't want to do this all the time because I want to grow. This episode is going to go through the four zones Comfort, Fear, Learning and Growth. The Property industry is very much about stepping out of your comfort zone and progressing towards the Growth zone.

Firstly thanks for tuning into my podcast.
My name is Dan Hulbert and what I share in my podcast is what I practiced. I can back up my information with over 20 years experience in the property and building industries. My journey started on the tools in flipping properties with my Dad. I then went on to maintenance works and multitrade refurbishments. I decided in 2010 to go it alone and set up and run my own building firm and now I support and coordinate property investors refurbishment projects.
There are a lot of moving parts in property and the world is saturated with theory, but what we are craving is practical wisdom.
Since 2014 I have been providing support, guidance and advice for property investors on their HMO refurbishments and small commercial conversions. This support comes in different ways:
FREE Content - Building on Solid Foundations, FB Group, YouTube Channel and Podcast.
- Networking and Training programmes.
- 1:1 Project Coaching.
- Project Consultancy Packages.
Alongside running my consultancy business I have been building a portfolio where my business partner Gary Sandford and I source, refurbish or build the projects working with private investors, SSAS funds, Development Finance and Crowd platforms.
