What is the AI Employee?
The AI Employee is a suite of AI-powered features available within the HighLevel platform. These features are designed to streamline and automate various aspects of your business operations. They include:
Voice AI (AI Agents): AI-powered agents that can handle calls and interact with customers.
Conversation AI: Automate conversations and engage leads through chatbots.
Reviews AI: Generate and manage customer reviews efficiently.
Funnel & Website AI: Create and optimize marketing funnels and websites automatically.
Content AI: Generate high-quality content for various purposes, including articles, social media posts, and more.
Workflow AI Assistant: Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to save time and improve efficiency.
Go to Agency View in your HighLevel account.
Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the sidebar.
Select the Company tab.
Scroll down to the AI Employee section and toggle it ON.
Yes, you can manage AI Employee access for individual sub-accounts.

Scroll down to the AI Employee tab.
Use the toggle button next to each sub-account to enable or disable AI Employee access.
Yes, you can choose between a usage-based pricing model and an unlimited monthly plan for your sub-accounts.
Usage-Based: Each AI feature is priced per use (e.g., per minute for Voice AI, per message for Conversation AI).
Unlimited Monthly Plan: For a fixed monthly fee, sub-accounts get unlimited access to all AI Employee features.
Go to the AI Employee tab in your agency settings.
Locate the sub-account you want to manage.
Enable the toggle for that sub-account to open the pricing settings.
Set the Rebill amount, which is a multiplier of the base cost for each AI feature. For example, a 2.5x multiplier means your customer will be charged $2.50 for every $1 of AI feature usage.
Click "Enable Rebilling" to save your changes.
Switch to Agency View in your HighLevel account.
Click on the Reselling tab in the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the AI Employee Reselling section.
Enter the desired monthly price in the "Your Price" field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Clients with AI Employee enabled can see the unlimited monthly plan option within various sections of their sub-account, including:
Conversation AI settings
Voice AI settings
Content AI section
Reviews AI settings
Here's how clients can upgrade to the unlimited plan from the Reviews AI section:
Switch to the Sub-Account where they want to upgrade.
Go to the Reputation tab in the left sidebar.
Click on the Settings button.
Click on the Upgrade to AI Employee button to switch from usage-based pricing to the fixed monthly plan.
