Summer is a season best known for its hot sunny weathers, time for people to be outdoors as much as possible. This is also a season whereby people who love to work out/exercise get hard at work building their bodies or burning all those extra calories they might have gained in the past winter seasons.
For disabled people, exercising or working out can prove to be a bit of challenge, depending on the nature of one’s disability, there are some kinds of work outs that might prove to be a bit challenging for them.
