In a world whereby the industrial revolutions have greatly shrinked the working force by implementing alternatively cost effective ways of production, the society has been greatly pressured to find alternative ways of making a good living.
With the current life situation of today, finding a way of making a living has been growing to be harder for many, and for the disability community it has become twice as hard as certain job opportunities do limit their chances of securing those jobs citing in-capabilities due to their disabilities.
Tough as the current life situation might be out there, there are those who have risen beyond their disability conditions and made a great deal out of their lives. 32 years old Sibusiso Mogale from Nelspruit in Mpumalanga has defied the odds of many disability stereotypes by being his own employer. Mogale, who is a father of one and was born without both arms started his own farm growing crops and has served as an inspiration for many, with and without disability conditions.
