● How strong is the Lord...Strong Enough

● Their actions and their attitude is what was

hindering their deliverance...separating them from

God.

Psalm 78:41 Yes, again and again they tempted God,

And limited the Holy One of Israel.

Exodus 12-The Lord’s Passover

● The Lord’s Passover is a “type & shadow” of Jesus’

death, burial, & resurrection. The Passover

provided deliverance, protection, provision,

freedom, and a new life.

○ Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection

provides deliverance, protection, provision,

freedom, and a new life.

● They ate the “whole” lamb (head, legs, & entrails

verse 9)

○ The “body” or “bread” bore our grief, carried

our sorrows, was wounded for our

transgressions, bruised for our iniquities,

bore our sins, provided peace, and healed

us.

○ The Body: Is 53:4-5

● Bore our grief

○ Misery

○ Anguish

● Carried our sorrows

○ Deep distress

○ Disappointment

○ Misfortune

● Wounded for our transgressions

○ Acts of disobedience

● Bruised for our iniquities

○ Immoral behavior

● Bore our sins

○ James 4:17 defines sin as one

who knows to do good and does

not do it

● Provides peace

○ Rescues us from chaos

○ Freedom from oppression

● Heals us

○ Psalm 103 who heals all your

diseases

○ Physical

○ Mental

● They consumed the lamb in “Go Mode”

○ Ex 12:11 And thus you shall eat it: with a belt

on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and

your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in

haste. It is the Lord’s Passover.

■ Haste - a sense of urgency

○ Their assignment was to possess the

promised land.

○ Our assignment is to make the Name of

Jesus a praise word in this region, instead of

just a curse word.

○ Jesus said believer’s in My Name will cast out

demons, speak w/ new tongues, if they take

up any deadly thing it will by no means hurt

them, and they will lay hands on the sick and

they will recover.

○ He said go make disciples of all nations

○ He said to be witnesses unto Him, telling

people everywhere about Him even to the

Ends of the Earth.

○ This morning we are going to partake of

communion in “Go Mode”
