Joel started his career in higher education and has worked professionally in multiple states across the county. The constant in his career is helping people. He has experience in academic advising, career coaching, program development, data and analytics, and human resources. He holds a B.A. in Psychology, a M.A. in Counselor Education, and an Executive MBA (EMBA). In his spare time, he enjoys travel, reading, watching television and movies.
