Guest Bio - Kahlee is a graduate and former LSU Beach Volleyball Athlete with a quiet strength, self-assurance, and kindness about her. She moved to California to pursue a professional beach volleyball career in 2021. In addition to being a professional athlete, she coaches clinics for Flight School and has a passion for nutrition and wellness. Her desire to educate and inspire others to incorporate good nutrition, hydration, and other wellness tools into their lives is what brought her to Be Better and led to the creation of Go with the Flow.
