In episode four, Alisha and Historian and Fulbright Scholar Daisha Brabham discuss the pits and lows of success and perceived failure. What happens when you don't get something you really want? Do you give up? Keep trying? You go with your grow. In a three year span, Daisha Brabham was rejected from being a Fulbright scholar two times before eventually receiving the prestigious grant to study black history in England. She recounts her growth over the course of those three years in which she has wanted to quit, began her teaching career and is now putting on her successful black herstory play Homecoming with 10k backing it in London.
