Be logic, be realistic, set goals that make sense.

But what if my "realistic" mindset just simply means, that I underestimate my abilities?

How come others achieve the things that we think are impossible? Today, we are talking about WHY we set goals for ourselves. And HOW we can achieve something great, while we think it is impossible.
