“Well, here we go! Welcome to Goal setting. The first step in the Innerwealth Mental Toughness Programme. You know, the very first thing I do when meeting with an executive or entrepreneur is to have them talk honestly about how they see themselves, where they are now, and what they want to accomplish.
You see, clear goals are the foundation of performance. It’s the base that all of the hard work to come will build on. Without goals you can’t be effective with your coaching, learning or growth and you can’t judge progress. So in this session, we’re focusing exclusively on Goal Setting.
You should do the first module, “Identifying Your Everest,” early in the session. Here, you’re going to take a good, hard look at who you are right now as an individual.
You’ll be asked to step out of your comfort zone — to dream big.
As you do, you’ll also learn how to articulate your goals in a way that makes them real, achievable, and motivating.
