Achieving your new years resolution goals is just like achieving any other goal and there are a few goal achievement techniques that are crucial for success!! One of these is simply to setting goals that is truly realistic. It does no good to set unrealistic goals and make New years promises to yourself or others that you can’t keep. It is all about baby steps. If you have big dreams thats okay, still go for them, just start with a goal that is reachable, one that is an important step on the way to your bigger dreams. If you are having trouble believing in yourself, remind yourself of a time when you accomplished something that was hard to do. This is the proof that this New Year resolution is something that is attainable.
Use this past success as the motivation. Another Important thing to remind yourself of while fulfilling your new years promise is that if you stumble or fall, it is NOT because you CAN’T do it, it is because you haven’t persevered enough yet. Failure is simply a lack of perseverance, the more that you keep getting up and trying again, the closer you are to victory.
