Brand New GZR as we get the "Sackmaster" Silas Demary on the show to discuss the impact on players after a traumatic experience on the football field. Andy and Silas both relive April 10, 2005 when Al Lucas sadly passed away from an injury that occurred during an Arena Football League game. How the league handled it. How the organization dealt with it as well. How it still impacts us today.
Brand new co-host James Moore also discusses how fans dealt with Damar Hamlin's cardiac episode. We ask Silas whether it would have been mentally possible to play a game after witnessing Hamlin's event while playing.
We finish up talking about Silas Demary Jr's commitment to University of Southern California and go down memory lane.
A new era for the Goat Zoom Room as not only will the podcast discuss horseracing but we will now be discussing all other sports.
Embarking on the new branding, GZR invited author Fred Segal who recently released "Freezing Cold Takes: Football Media's Most Inaccurate Predictions and the Fascinating Stories Behind Them."
Highlighting some of the stories in this wonderful such as Greg Cote's horrible Marino story. The media's awful take on Belichick and Tony Mandarich.
Andy, James, and Fred also discuss some other stories and tweets that didn't make the book.
To follow Fred on Twitter @oldtakesexposed and on Instagram @freezingcoldtakesKaitlin and Andy are back for another crack at Royal Ascot on Wednesday and Thursday.

Kaitlin and Andy are back with frequent contributor Andrew Champagne to discuss Saturday's Belmont Stakes and a few of the races on the undercard.
Andrew is all in on Flightline, Andy can't remember Andrew's name, and Kaitlin feels that Flightline could get beat away from California.
All three disagree on the winner of the Belmont Stakes.
They hope they can find a price to make the weekend a big winning one.
With Kaitlin Free off this week, Andy Villanueva(@avillanueva3rd) calls in reinforcements from "The XFactor Racing" Pod. Carson (@roguewolf007) and Nance (@Ohheyitsnance) join in on the conversation with recent Grade II winning jockey Tyler Conner (@tyler_conner519).
Conner just scored the biggest win of his career at Penn National in Grade II Penn Mile on Wow Whata Summer. Followed the entire night out with three wins, two seconds and third from seven starts on June 3rd.
Great conversation discussing how horse racing is in the family. We discuss how Motorcycle racing was what he began doing prior to his injury. Now he makes his living riding a different type of horsepower.
We get into his possible move to Kentucky and talk highly about super-agent Jose Santos Jr. He lets us know that Saffie Joseph has reached out to him to ride which is a big boost. Bring up how getting to a new colony is tough to break through at times.
Enjoy!
Grateful to have a friend like Sean Patrick Nolan, who is arguably the nicest human being on HRT. Never have Kaitlin or Andy ever heard or seen anything negative come from SPN. He is a rabid Boston Celtics and Bruins fan, he is passionate to the point it maybe the only time he might get heated on Twitter.
Sean discusses his love of horse racing, we discuss tracks that he visits and where he plans on going this summer. We have a frank discussion of Wesley Ward and Norm Casse who we all have nothing but the nicest things to say about both. We bring up Corey Nakatani, whether he deserves to be in the HOF or not.
Good listen, as always Sean was nice to all and shows that "Nice Guys Do Finish First."
You can find all three on twitter along with Goat Handicapping.

Fun show today with Fair Grounds analyst Kevin Kilroy (@TrustYourLuck).
Preakness talk begins the festivities. We dive deep into what started Kevin's love for horse racing and how living in Chicago was the start. How Hawthorne was the gateway to his heart.
Dive into his first year over at Fair Grounds and how immersed he was with beignets, alligators, and Mardi Gras parades.
We discuss Joe Kristufek as a big help to Kaitlin and Kevin's growth.

Fun episode with the infamous Dan Cronin. Many would know him as Fat Bald Guy Racing on Twitter and website www.fatbaldguyracing.com.
Kaitlin Free and Andy Villanueva lead the discussion about how Dan fell in love with the game of horse racing. How his dad, "Hep" Cronin got him interested when he was young by taking him to old River Downs (Belterra Park). Not only do we discuss his path, but you can tell how proud Dan is of his father and brother (UCLA Basketball Head Coach Mick Cronin).
The conversation switches over to how horse racing must think outside the box. How it would benefit the game to help new horseplayers embrace horse racing. How computer bettors are hurting the game more than helping.
You can get more information at www.fatbaldguyracing.com for Dan's daily selections at various tracks. You can also follow him on Twitter @fatbaldguyracin

With the win of Rich Strike, Andrew, Kaitlin and Andy look back at the 2022 Kentucky Derby. They look back if there was anything that could possibly have pointed toward Rich Strike winning. Kaitlin shares where she was when Eric Reed ended up fainting while in the Paddock.
The panel agrees that Japan might end up winning the Derby within the next five years. Andy gets upset about the negativity toward the UAE Derby. In the process forgets Mendehlson's name.
Go off on a tangent with 2-year-old in training sales. Finally get back on track and finish back with where some of the three-year olds might end up in the coming weeks.
