"The Beginning"

This week we conclude our deep dive into Who God is, as uncovered through the life of David, and, specifically, we see God follow through on His promises with regard to both David and Saul. 

I am entitling this episode “The Beginning” because, though it is the close and tragic end of yet another chapter in Israel’s history, it is the setup to the beginning of David’s reign as Israel’s second king and should remind us that God never misses an opportunity in our lives to set us up for success in our future, even if it only looks like loss and opposition.
