True discipleship requires work and patience. 

In this session, Shaun explains to us how true discipleship is a lengthy process and can require a lot of work. If we aren’t following God-given strategies in our discipling of others, we will be tempted to rely on systems rather than His Spirit. When we ask God, He will give us His unique strategy for each person.
