Who was Martha? She was a "doer". She walked with Jesus, she saw miracles, and she probably prepared meals for Him! When your life takes a turn (like your brother Lazarus dying), what do you rely on? She thought in earthly terms even with miracles. Then Jesus corrected her perspective saying, "I AM the Resurrection and the Life". Think about what you grew up believing and realize God has more. Set down your predisposition in favor of reflecting Christ out to the world.
