As a second-generation Ford employee, Dave heads up the Enthusiast Brands at Ford. With day-to-day focus on Bronco and Mustang, his responsibilities include overall P&L for each nameplate, the ownership experience and bringing to life the passion and enthusiasm the entire Ford team brings day in and day out to all Bronco and Mustang owners. Over his 31-year career, Dave has worked in a variety of leadership roles across Ford and Lincoln including marketing, sales, service, product development and business strategy.
Most important to Dave is his faith in God, having surrendered his life to Christ in 2015!
Dave lives in Troy, MI with his wife, Cindy, who he’s been married to for almost 30 years (May 2026). They have two children – Kate, who works for Liberty University as an Events Coordinator in the Office of Spiritual Development and Zach, who leads young adult’s ministry and global and local missions for Christ Fellowship Church in Kingsport, TN.
