Today’s prayer is based on Psalm 46

God Is Always There To Help, Providing Refuge, Security and Peace.

 

This psalm is part of the

“When you feel” series.

 

The first thing mentioned in this psalm:

God is our refuge.

Refuge means shelter or safety.

God is always close by us and ready to help.

In Deuteronomy 4:7 we read

For what great nation is there that has gods so close to it as the Lord, our God, is to us whenever we call upon him?

Every time we pray, God is sitting next to us listening.
