Salvation is something that only God can provide, and something for which only God deserves the glory. As followers of Jesus, we are called His “ambassadors” – and Jesus encourages us to be part of the process of bringing the Good News to other people. Matthew 5:16 in the Bible says, “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven.”

In all the great opportunities you have to love and serve others, shine a light on our faith in Jesus. That’s the strength behind anything we do, so let’s talk openly about Him. That way God can receive the glory, and people can come to know Him.Think about who you interact with on a regular basis. Are your actions setting you apart from the world? Are they honoring Jesus? Then consider: is there a neighbor, a friend, a coworker, or someone else in your life who doesn’t yet know Jesus? Pray for an opportunity to share your faith with them. Then, be bold, and give all the glory to God.
