I know that God is in this. I know that God has plan and this is why the lord is gonna make me successful. And this is why I am gonna keep going. I know that there is nothing that I cant do and this is why I am gonna keep going and this fasting is gonna be so easy. And I am gonna stick to my plan and im gonna work on thinking positive. Its so important to think positive. And this is why we should include God and whoever you believe in, in the stuff we wanna do. We need to include God when we are trying to overcome so many things. The closer I get to God the closer i stop binge eating. And binge eating is hard. Its something i struggle with. Everyday is a win. Everyday im closer to ending this issue. It takes 21 days to break habit. And I am working on fixing this habit. And im so glad God is telling me to keep going and dont give up. And I am focusing on my life and do the things I wanna do. Do the shopping i wanna do. Do the traveling i wanna do. Create the business and hustles i wanna do. Do the fitness i wanna do. Take a leap of faith and see if i did some consistently. And this is why I dont want anyone to tell me what I can do cause I can do the things i wanna do. Thanks for listening.
