Romans 12:2 says paraphrasing:  "to be not conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds".  The enemy attacks our minds and it is about what you know and don't know. It is what you believe or don't believe and the corresponding actions taken. Mental Health is not bad words and grasping an understanding of what is really going on is imperative in this hour. What one does not know will harm you.
