We have the greatest reason EVER to be thankful! The new ‘edict’! God has set us free from the law of sin and death. It’s great news, and who knows, maybe this weekend, God has intended for you to help someone else understand the full realm of what God did for us in Christ.

Esther is a gripping story of God at work behind the scenes. God’s people are dispersed living under the rule of the greatest kingdom until that time. What makes the book so fascinating is that God is never mentioned, there is no reference to worship or faith, heaven or hell, or the prediction of Messiah, yet God is present in every scene, every event and circumstance, working for the good of His people. We will find ourselves in this story and be comforted by the fact that the real God of the Empire is our God, the God of the Universe.
