In this final lecture in the series on the five points of Calvinism, Pastor Andy examines the doctrine of the perseverance of the saints. We examine three views on the apostasy warned against in Hebrews 6- that it is possible to lose salvation- that those who apostatize were never saved- and that the warnings are used as a means of preservation. We examine the differences between the biblical doctrine of preservation of the saints and the popular idea of -once saved always saved- and easy believism. Finally, we examine biblical passages in support for this doctrine.
