Scripture does not teach that God assigns temptation to grow us.

James is clear.

God does not tempt anyone.

Today we’ll see that:

Temptation has a source — and it is not God

Desire precedes sin, not divine assignment

God’s role is limitation, not initiation

God always provides a way of escape

Jesus intervenes — He does not observe

God is not experimenting with your faith.

He is protecting it.
