In this passage we read that a loud voice comes from the temple and speaks to the seven angels who hold the seven bowls of the wrath of God . This loud or great voice is the voice of God.He gives permission for the angels to pour out their bowls of wrath onto the earth. And the result is unbelievable pain upon all unbelievers on the earth.
