What have you experienced this week that has made you think—this isn’t the way it should be? Maybe its an ongoing struggle with your or a loved ones physical or mental health and you feel, it shouldn’t be like this. Bodies shouldn’t be so vulnerable, relationships shouldn’t be this fragile, life shouldn’t be this lonely.
