I heard an audible voice say

"I'm putting something in your mouth" When the Lord tells you to say something. The Holy Spirit quickens your spirit to open your mouth and tell someone something. Don't feel as if you can't do it, because you don't have a fire mouthpiece. Or because you don't have eloquent words to use. Just be a willing vessel, and the Lord will speak through you. All you need to do is be obedient, and do as God says. Go, open your mouth, and God will do the rest.

The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit to immediately search the scriptures:

(Jeremiah 1:7)

Amplified Bible

But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am [only] a young man,’ Because everywhere I send you, you shall go, And whatever I command you, you shall speak.

(Jeremiah 1:9)

Then the LORD stretched out His hand and touched my mouth, and the LORD said to me, “Behold (hear Me), I have put My words in your mouth.

In Jeremiah's story, the Lord reaches out and touches Jeremiah's lips, thus putting His words into the mouth of the prophet.

It is told there that he responded to Yahweh's (God's) call to prophesy by protesting “I do not know how to speak, for I am only a youth,” but he received Yahweh's assurance that he would put his own words into Jeremiah's mouth and make him a “prophet to the nations.”

@2:21 while my eyes were closed. I  envisioned a white light flash three times quickly.

(Exodus 4:10) Amplified Bible

Then Moses said to the LORD, “Please, Lord, I am not a man of words (eloquent, fluent), neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and tongue.”

(Exodus 4:16) NLT

Aaron will be your spokesman to the people. He will be your mouthpiece, and you will stand in the place of God for him, telling him what to say.
